The project
The Kellys had a pool they barely used because there was no shade and nowhere to cook outside. We built a covered lanai with a tongue-and-groove ceiling, fans and a stone-faced outdoor kitchen.
The screen enclosure was engineered for wind loads, and the new roof ties into the house so rain drains away from the pool deck.
