The project
Linda bought her 1974 ranch for the lot and the location, knowing almost every room needed work. Instead of tackling it room by room over years, we did it all at once.
We vaulted the living room ceiling with painted beams, opened up the floor plan, and redid both bathrooms, the kitchen, flooring, doors and trim. Sixteen weeks, one contract and one schedule.
What we did
- Vaulted living room ceiling with beams
- Kitchen and two bathrooms
- Flooring, doors and trim throughout
- Electrical and plumbing updates
- Interior paint
"We renovated almost the whole house. One contract, one schedule, and Marcus checked in himself every week."
